YWCA of Adams County hosting Gowns for Good event

The glitz and glamour of prom can a bit of a “right of passage,” in the eyes of many teenagers, and one program in Hastings is helping to make it more affordable.
Whether they are long a blingy or short and sassy, the YWCA of Adams County is currently taking gently used dresses for their Gowns for Good program.
This is the 7th year of the program at the YWCA. Organizers say it’s a great way to let go of those used dresses, and allows teens to purchase a dress at a fraction of the cost.
