Seamstress @ the Dance Studio

The seamstress will be at the Dance
Studio on Monday, April 29 through
Thursday, May 9 from about 5:00-9:00.
If you are needing any alterations done to your costume, please stop in and Krystal will be there to take care of it!
She is charging $7.50 per costume.

Picture Pick Up & Appreciation Party

Our Appreciation Party and Picture Pick Up time will be Thursday, May 30 from 10:00-2:00 at the YWCA School of Dance Studio.

May 13 will be our last week of dance. (No Dance Saturday, May 18)

Please wear/bring all of your costumes and shoes to your regularly scheduled class day and times.
Saturday 2-3 year olds please come on Wednesday, May 15 from 4:45-5:30
Saturday 4-5 year olds please come on Wednesday, May 15 from 5:30-6:15
NO UNDIES!!!
Nude Bras ONLY if you need to wear one!!!
Everyone’s hair MUST be in a bun!!!

Ticket Ordering

Recital Tickets went on sale Sunday, April 28. If you did not get your tickets ordered yet, please do so! You should have received an email with the link and your recital ticket codes the week the tickets went on sale. All tickets must be purchased online at http://www.recitalticketing.com/26099/

No tickets will be sold at the studio. Tickets price points are $6 and $10 and you will be able to select the seats you want at the time of purchase, which means, no waiting in line outside to get your seats! Online ticket sales will end May 22 at 7:00pm CST and will then be $10 at the door.

New for 2019-2020…ONLINE REGISTRATION!!!
From the comfort of your own home or the park or wherever, you will be able to update your personal information and register for classes from your computer or smartphone! No more lines!!! Please keep an eye on your emails as you will be receiving an email with our Parent Portal link that you can update your information on at any time prior to your enrollment. There are many cool features for you on this link so please check it out before registration begins.

If you register your dancer(s) between Sunday, May 12 and Thursday, May 16, not
only will you get first pick of classes, you will also receive; $10 off per dancer per class on your first tuition payment and you will get a coupon for 10% off 1 new dance item that you can use at any point during the 2019-2020 dance year in the YWCA School of Dance Store.
If you register between Friday, May 17 and our Dance Appreciation Party on Thursday, May 30 you will receive $5 off per dancer per class for your first tuition payment.
- Although you will be required to enter your credit or debit card information, no payment will be taken until July 1.
- All discount adjustments will be made prior to the July 1^st payment
  date.
- If the class you want is full, you can join the waitlist. I would strongly suggest joining another corresponding class so that your dancer will still have a class option in case the class you want does not open up.

Please come to your dancers regularly scheduled class time and you can watch all of the choreography they have been learning for the recital! You may bring your cameras to take pictures and film if you would like! We’ll see you then!
